The Impact You’ll Make:

Provide friendly, responsive first- and second-line IT support to employees in the Tel Aviv office and across our global teams

Work within a global IT team spanning multiple time zones and offices, learning from and collaborating with colleagues across regions

Handle day-to-day IT requests and incidents, escalating more complex issues to senior team members when needed

Support core identity and productivity platforms, including Microsoft Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and JumpCloud

Help support and maintain AWS-based infrastructure and cloud services alongside the wider IT team

Assist with SharePoint sites, permissions, and content structure, supporting collaboration and document management across the business

Support Atlassian products (e.g. Jira, Confluence), including user access and everyday administration

Support on-premises to cloud and cloud to cloud migration projects, including testing and post-migration follow-up

Build and maintain simple automation scripts (primarily PowerShell and Python) to streamline IT tasks, with guidance from senior colleagues

Embrace AI-powered tools and workflows as an integral part of day-to-day IT operations and service delivery

Manage endpoint installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting across Windows and macOS devices

Create and manage user accounts, groups, and access rights across cloud and on-premises systems, following least-privilege and security best practice

Configure and maintain technical equipment including computers, printers, meeting room systems, and back-office infrastructure

Monitor and respond to requests through the IT ticketing system, working to meet SLAs and KPIs

Help document and improve IT policies, procedures, and processes across systems

Help research, evaluate, and test new products, services, and automation ideas for the business

Support inventory management, budget tracking, and vendor relationships

What You’ll Bring to Us:

1+ years' experience in an IT support or helpdesk role (internships and hands-on study projects count)

Experience or solid working knowledge of supporting Windows and macOS devices

Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365 (identity, security, and collaboration tools), or a strong willingness to learn

An interest in scripting and automation, with some exposure to PowerShell or Python (or eagerness to develop these skills)

A basic understanding of cloud concepts; any hands-on exposure to AWS is a plus

Exposure to Google Workspace administration is an advantage

Exposure to JumpCloud or a comparable cloud directory / MDM platform is an advantage

Familiarity with SharePoint is an advantage

Any exposure to on-premises to cloud migration projects is a plus

Familiarity with Atlassian products such as Jira and Confluence is an advantage

Experience working with IT support tickets against SLAs and KPIs

Awareness of IT security tools such as firewalls, EDR, and MDM

Comfortable working with remote and international teams

Good written and spoken communication skills in English

Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-moving, dynamic environment

A responsible, service-oriented team player with a strong desire to learn and adapt to new technologies
