JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Preliminary design & design concept
2. Design presentation including work model
3. Preparation of working, tender & construction drawings
4. Project management and attending site meetings
5. Co-ordination with Clients, Consultants, Contractors & Suppliers
6. Authorities submissions and compliance

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Recognized degree in Architecture or Interior Design
2. Responsible, independent and highly motivated
3. Good written and spoken English
4. Proven design ability
5. Able to commence work immediately
