FORMWORK FOREMAN
Your tasks
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily formwork activities at construction sites.
- Lead and manage workers to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and formwork plans.
- Plan and arrange manpower, materials, tools and equipment.
- Monitor work progress, productivity and quality to meet project schedules.
- Ensure all formwork installation and dismantling activities comply with safety regulations.
- Conduct daily toolbox meetings and ensure workers follow workplace safety procedures.
- Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
- Inspect completed formwork and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Report daily work progress and resolve site-related issues.
Requirements
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in formwork or building construction.
- Good knowledge of formwork systems and construction site operations.
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
- Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to supervise and coordinate construction workers effectively.
- Familiar with Singapore construction safety requirements.
- Willing to work at different construction sites.
- Able to work overtime when required.
- Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently or as part of a team.
