Microsoft Full Stack Engineer - .Net/Azure

We are looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer to join our team and help build scalable, secure, and cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing and developing backend services, APIs, and automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

This role requires a strong engineering mindset, a passion for automation, and deep expertise in the Microsoft and Azure ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust APIs, backend services, and automation solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Promote and embrace a culture of automation to improve operational efficiency and reliability.
• Build, deploy, and support cloud-native applications leveraging Microsoft Azure services.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, availability, and security.
• Support integrations across API-driven ecosystems and enterprise platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while maintaining high service reliability.
• Contribute to infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Intermediate to Advanced experience in Full Stack or Backend Engineering.
• Strong proficiency in C and .NET Core.
• Hands-on experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture principles and design patterns.
• Experience working with Microsoft Azure services.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Azure Functions
• API Development
• Event-Driven Architectures
• Webhooks
• Experience with source control and code management tools:
• Git
• GitHub
• Azure DevOps
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and software development best practices.
• Experience developing, integrating, and supporting solutions in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:
• Azure Functions using Python and PowerShell
• Kubernetes and containerized workloads
• Workload migration projects
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus
• Experience working within API-first and event-driven ecosystems.

Desired Certification

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (preferred).
