CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Job Description Plan, coordinate and manage construction projects from commencement to completion. Supervise site activities and ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and schedules. Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and site teams. Monitor project progress, manpower, materials, costs and timelines. Ensure compliance with Singapore safety regulations, building requirements and company procedures. Review technical drawings, method statements and project documentation. Identify and resolve site issues, delays and technical problems. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained. Prepare progress reports and provide updates to management. Manage project handover, defects rectification and completion works. Requirements Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant construction/project management experience . Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management and project coordination. Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents. Good knowledge of workplace safety and Singapore construction regulations. Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills. Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of AutoCAD/other construction software is an advantage. Experience coordinating subcontractors, consultants and suppliers. Relevant Singapore construction experience will be an advantage.
