Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Welcome and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Provide menu information and recommendations to guests.
- Deliver food and beverages according to service standards.
- Maintain table cleanliness and restaurant appearance.
- Follow the company's sequence of service and operational SOPs.
- Communicate guest requests and special requirements to the kitchen and supervisor.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Support upselling and promote menu items when appropriate.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining and service areas.
- Work as part of the team to ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.
Requirement
- Female candidates are preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter / Service Crew is preferred.
- Able to communicate in English (basic English is required).
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Friendly, professional, and well-groomed appearance.
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn.
- Willing to be placed and work in Malaysia for a 3-year contract.
- Able to work on a 12-hour shift schedule with 4 days off per month.
- A passport valid for at least one year beyond October 2026.
