Production Assistant Manager

Your tasks

• Assist in managing and overseeing UAV manufacturing operations, including composite fabrication, structural assembly, surface finishing, coating, and painting processes.
• Plan, monitor, and control production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and delivery commitments.
• Supervise and lead production personnel to ensure compliance with established procedures, quality requirements, and safety regulations.
• Monitor product quality throughout all stages of production and ensure corrective actions are implemented when necessary.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve production issues to improve productivity, reduce waste, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional departments to ensure smooth production operations.
• Prepare and present production performance reports, including productivity, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Continuous Improvement, and workplace safety practices throughout the production environment.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
3. Hands-on experience in composite manufacturing, structural assembly, surface finishing, coating, and painting processes.
4. Strong understanding of composite materials, including carbon fiber, fiberglass, and related manufacturing techniques.
5. Knowledge of production planning, quality control, process optimization, and workforce management.
6. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
7. Strong leadership, problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
9. Good command of written and spoken English.
