Responsible for site planning andsupervision of work schedule. Updating of daily work status toPlanner. Attend daily coordination meeting Work closely with Planner onplanning future activities Manages the daily activities in anefficient and productive manner Monitors the daily work logs of allassigned subordinates. Schedule worker overtime during peakperiods or whenever necessary Strictly enforce company andgovernment-dictated work and safety rules Requisition necessary materials andstock replacement parts to ensure continuity of smooth operations Maintain equipment and surroundingareas in sound working order Oversee on-the-job training ofprobationary workers Ensures adherence to safety policies, procedures andpractices
