Oversee daily team operations ensure work progresses according to schedule and safety standardsAssign tasks to team members monitor work quality and resolve on-site operational issuesConduct regular team check-ins coach staff and handle basic employee performance mattersPrepare daily work reports record site progress materials usage and incident logsEnforce workplace safety rules conduct safety briefings and minimize work hazardsCoordinate with other departments clients or contractors to align project requirementsRelevant working experience in the corresponding industry construction / manufacturing preferredAble to read technical drawings understand job specifications and site safety regulationsGood communication skills capable of leading a team and solving problems on siteHold relevant safety certificates such as BCSS / WSH where requiredBasic computer skills for filling forms and submitting reportsResponsible attitude alert to safety risks able to work on site when needed
