Sales Specialist (m/f/d)

We're looking for a motivated and driven Sales Specialist (m/f/d) who will help us shape our offline sales team, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success.

About the Role

Build and develop relationships with sales partners across Poland

Acquire new offline sales partners and provide ongoing support to existing ones

Support the development and performance of offline sales channels

Coordinate promotional and marketing campaigns for the partner network

Monitor sales performance, prepare reports, and share insights to support business decisions

Maintain accurate partner data in Salesforce Sales Cloud

Support campaign planning and budgeting while representing the needs of your partner portfolio

About You

Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken)

Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, or a similar commercial role

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable working with remote, international teams and colleagues from different cultural backgrounds

A proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and openness to new challenges and change

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud or another CRM system is an advantage
