The Role

• Manage and progress a caseload of clinical negligence claims.
• Investigate claims, assess liability and quantum, and negotiate settlements.
• Work closely with clients, medical experts and colleagues.
• Maintain excellent standards of client care throughout the claims process.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with clinical negligence experience - from NQ through to Associate / Partner level.
• Excellent communication and client-care skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational ability.
• Motivated to progress your career within a specialist practice.
