Business Development Associate

•Support the identification and evaluation of new business opportunities in energy, digital infrastructure, and S-curve businesses. •Conduct market research, industry analysis, competitor benchmarking, and preliminary feasibility studies to support business development activities. •Assist in preparing financial models, investment analyses, and business cases to evaluate project feasibility and potential returns. •Support the preparation of investment proposals, management presentations, and project-related documents for internal approvals and discussions with potential partners. •Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including EPC contractors, suppliers, consultants, financial institutions, government agencies, and business partners. •Support project bidding, PPA acquisition, and project development activities, including the preparation and coordination of required documentation •Assist in due diligence and documentation for potential investments, strategic partnerships, and joint venture opportunities •Support coordination with government agencies and relevant authorities on project approvals, BOI applications, and other regulatory matters. •Track project progress, follow up on assigned actions, and coordinate across technical, commercial, financial, and regulatory workstreams. •Perform other business development and project development activities as assigned by management.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage. 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Project Development, Investment, or related fields, preferably in the energy or infrastructure sectors. Experience in coordinating with government agencies and relevant authorities will be considered an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders. Strong sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and willingness to work in a dynamic business environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research and evaluate business opportunities. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines. Basic understanding of financial analysis, investment analysis, and financial modeling. Good proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and PowerPoint. Good command of written and spoken English. Willingness to learn and develop knowledge in project development, investment, financing, regulatory requirements, and the commercial aspects of infrastructure projects.
