Process Engineer (Trial)

Job Responsibilities: •Analyze process risks using FMEA, considering parameters, quality, cost, and time. •Design experiments trial to improve product and process efficiency. •Analyze design output for production process and transfer knowlege for better improved process •Improvement of current production process for develop new process for new products •Trial and validate and report progress of engineering changes (ECR) •Issue experimental reports, improvements and process performance. •Coordinate with production, quality control, and related departments to solve problems and improve processes. •Other job assigned by superior, and mentioned in all regulations, manuals

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mold / Tooling Engineering, industrial engineering or a related field Minimum 2 years of experience in an Engineering within the plastic injection, electronics, or automotive parts industry Knowledge of mold structure and plastic injection processes Basic understanding of production process control and data analysis Strong problem solving and analytical thinking skills in plastic injection molding Knowledge of IATF 16949 standard Ability to use 2D and 3D CAD/CAM software Ability to read and interpret mold drawings Good command of English (written and spoken)
