Production Manager/ Asst. Manager (CNC Lathe manufacturing)
1.Develop manufacturing and improve all production process (CNC Lathe) in order to Support production department to be effectiveness. 2.Manage and improve the plan and monitoring production lines from CNC Lathe, quality, productivity of all products. 3.Evaluate all performance of subordinates and make productive criticisms along the production improvement.
- Review organization structure and manpower distribution to facilitate achievement of operating objectives and handling overall production functions-schedule control.
5.Participate in IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and other systems
- Others as assigned by Top Management
Qualifications: Male / Female, age 40 - 48 year Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Technology or related field. At least 5 years experience in managerial level in manufacturing Have experience of working in CNC Lathe manufacturing or machining manufacturing Have Experience in managing subordinates with a multicultural workforce Good decision making and have leadership management skill Proactive, driven, results-oriented and confident Able to communicate in English
