Production Engineering Manager

• Duty and Responsibilities:

1. Manage Team Leadership: train, and evaluate a team of Engineering.
2. Manage and optimize production processes to improve productivity, yield, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
3. Management and Improvement initiatives to reduce cycling time, production costs, and enhance overall equipment effectiveness.

• Management skills ;

1. Management and Development Human resource , Education of subordinates for skill improvement, and motivation management.
2. Manage overall of of new product launches and process improvement projects. & ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
3. Manage of Decision-Making and Problem-Solving Management skill based on evidence (data).
4. Manage resources within budget, including manpower, materials, equipment .

• Technical Skills ;

1. Process design and improvement capabilities, Improvement of production line efficiency and yield improvement.
2. Knowledge of quality control,reduction of defect rate and establishment of quality assurance system.
3. Strong hands-on knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Standard Work, Line Balancing, and Time Study, with proven experience leading process improvement initiatives.
4. Excellent Knowledge and deep understanding of ISO 9001 requirements.

Qualifications: Male Age 40 -50 years Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or Related field. Management Experience at least 5 years role is required. Experience at least 5 years in Manufacturing Engineering, or Process Engineering, including Good command of spoken and written English or Japanese Language for communication and reporting.
