System Engineer

We are looking for a System Engineer to join our team. This is a hands-on role supporting the maintenance, testing, deployment, and troubleshooting of systems provided to our clients.

Our projects cover different types of solutions,including Queue Management Systems, Smart Locker Systems, and other customised solutions. You will have the opportunity to work with both hardware and software and gain practical experience across different projects.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance and troubleshooting of our systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Perform system testing, configuration, updates, and preparation in the office.
• Assist with installation, setup, commissioning, and deployment of systems at client sites.
• Attend site when there are system faults or technical issues.
• Perform Windows/Linux OS maintenance and configuration.
• Maintain and troubleshoot PCs, peripherals, and other hardware.
• Carry out basic hardware servicing and repair work when required.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and equipment checks.
• Prepare and configure systems before deployment.
• Support the engineering team with day-to-day technical work.
• Provide after-hours or emergency support when required.
• Learn and support the company's different products and solutions.
• Perform other technical duties as required.

Cloud knowledge or experience will bean added advantage.

Requirements

• Junior to Intermediate level.
• Hands-on and practical approach to technical work.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with both hardware and software.
• Willing to learn and pick up new technologies.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to travel to client sites when required.
• Able to support urgent or after-hours technical issues when required.
• Relevant IT, engineering, or technical experience will be an advantage.
