Construction Project Manager
Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project execution plans and timelines.
Milestone Tracking: Establish and monitor critical project milestones.
Resource Allocation: Optimize the distribution of labor, equipment, and materials.
Budget Management: Manage and control the overall project budget.
Cost Control: Monitor expenditures closely to prevent any cost overruns.
Invoice Approval: Review and verify payment applications from contractors and vendors.
Subcontractor Selection: Evaluate, negotiate, and select qualified subcontractors.
Procurement Oversight: Supervise the procurement and supply chain processes.
On-Site Supervision: Oversee daily site operations with the Site Superintendent.
Progress Reporting: Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients.
Change Orders: Review, negotiate, and approve project Change Orders.
Conflict Resolution: Resolve technical issues and disputes arising on site.
Risk Mitigation: Implement proactive strategies to handle project risks and delays.
Code Compliance: Ensure all construction works comply with local building codes.
Quality Control: Maintain high engineering and quality standards across all phases.
HSE Enforcement: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment protocols on
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from an accredited university.
Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) course completion or certification.
Years of Experience: 7 to 10 years of professional experience in construction and project management.
Sector Experience: Proven track record in constructing and managing projects for factories and shopping malls.
Preferred Industry: Previous experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) manufacturing sector is highly preferred.
