Senior Interior Design Engineer

Lead the development of interior design concepts, layouts, and detailed design packages.

Prepare and review technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, RCPs, and joinery details.

Develop construction-ready drawings and ensure design accuracy and constructability.

Coordinate interior design works with architectural, structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.

Select and specify appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).

Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical submissions.

Conduct site visits and provide technical support during project execution.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and quality standards.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve technical issues.

Review and monitor the work of junior designers/engineers and provide technical guidance.

Ensure timely delivery of design packages according to project schedules.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Interior Architecture .

5–8 years of relevant experience in interior design and fit-out projects.

Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, finishes, and detailing.

Excellent proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit .

Strong understanding of technical drawings, shop drawings, and construction documentation.

Experience in multidisciplinary coordination and project execution.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Experience in consultancy or engineering firms is preferred.
