Support technical queries from clients and consultants
Provide technical supports to production department and to sales team (pre- & post- sales) on product submission, proposals and quotations - prepare plans, specifications and price estimates
Conduct product installation training on site, periodical site inspections
Process and manage clients’ orders
Research and assist in value-added (technically and economically) design, to meet clients’ requirements using structural engineering calculations and design codes
Work closely with production and engineering team to align clients’ requirements for standardization of solutions and future development
