Cargo Officer (Bunker)

Role:

Manage cargo operations and documentation

Safeguard product quality and quantity

Ensure all cargo loading, ex bunker delivery, blending operation and delivery are

in compliance with Company work instructions and in particular SS648: 2024,

wherever applicable.

Ensure that custody control procedures in respect of cargo storage onboard

bunker tanker and cargo movements are duly and properly implemented.

Maintain proper and timely records of inventory in the stock movement logbook

and daily ROB report.

Report on any customer complaint or dispute to the Operations Manager

immediately and assist in onsite investigation.

Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1 Year Experience as bunker clerk/cargo officer onboard bunker tankers.

Certification in Basic & Advanced Course on Bunkering Practices (SS600 & TR

48).

Certification in Code of Practice for Bunker Mass Flow Metering (SS 648:2024).

Willingness to follow Company’s shift duties and stay onboard vessel.

Effective communication skills.

Meticulous, responsible and good follow through skills
