Qualifications – HR Supervisor (Mandarin Speaker)

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Human Resources at Supervisor/SPV level.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee administration, performance management, training & development, and offboarding.
  • Experienced in developing, reviewing, and implementing HR SOPs and policies.
  • Strong understanding of payroll calculation, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and employee database management.
  • Able to handle employee relations (IR) matters, including employee grievances, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and workplace issues.
  • Good understanding of Indonesian labor laws and HR regulations.
  • Able to manage and maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HR reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
  • Good leadership, communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, both spoken and written (minimum HSK 4).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiar with HRIS or other HR management systems.
  • Able to work independently while effectively coordinating with Chinese management and local employees.
  • Willing to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and handle multiple HR priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily HR operations and administration.
  • Ensure the smooth implementation of end-to-end HR processes in accordance with company policies.
  • Develop and continuously improve HR SOPs, policies, and work procedures.
  • Monitor and verify monthly payroll, BPJS, attendance, leave, and employee benefits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee databases and HR records.
  • Handle employee relations and industrial relations matters, including complaints, disciplinary actions, conflicts, and other workplace issues.
  • Provide HR support and consultation to employees and management regarding company policies and employment regulations.
  • Coordinate with Chinese management and assist with Mandarin-language communication related to HR matters.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and analysis for management.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and other HR development activities.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with applicable Indonesian employment laws and regulations.
  • Lead and develop the HR team to ensure effective and timely delivery of HR services.
