Client Service & Sales

Responsibilities:

Source and acquire new clients while nurturing strong relationships with existing customers. Promote and market cleaning services and drone cleaning, including residential, commercial, and specialized cleaning solutions. Guide clients through service selection, scheduling, and post-service support. Ensure service delivery meets client expectations and quality standards. Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth service execution and client satisfaction. Contribute to sales targets and support overall company growth objectives.

Requirements:

Minimum of a B.Sc. in Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.

Proven experience in client engagement and success. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a passion for customer service and financial inclusion. Familiarity with Abuja's business environment is a plus.
