As a cybersecurity lead, you will play a key role in protecting Deloitte’s brand, resources, and clients. You will work across network, endpoint, cloud, and information security helping build and operate effective security so that data protection, privacy, and information security are embedded into everything we do.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys turning security requirements into practical protection, collaborating with technical and business teams, learning new technologies, and overcoming complex security challenges.

You will take ownership of maintaining the cybersecurity policies and controls to monitor cyber events, ensuring data protection and privacy, and responding to security incidents.

Support the implementation and enforcement of information security policies, standards, and controls across network, endpoint, servers, and cloud environments.

Implement and maintain intrusion prevention, web protection, and secure internet access for users and systems.

Proactively identify security, privacy, and data protection gaps and drive remediation to completion.

Help embed security and data privacy by designing new technology, projects, and business initiatives.

Maintain clear security documentation, standards, procedures, and evidence to support security governance, audit, and compliance.

Promote a strong security and data privacy culture helping teams to understand their role and responsibility in protecting Deloitte’s brand and business.

Essentials

7+ relevant years of experience.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

Professional experience in cybersecurity and network security.

Strong hands-on experience across network, endpoint, server, cloud, and information security.

Proven experience with Netskope, web security, and cloud security.

Strong experience in Palo Alto firewalls and security policies management including implementation and troubleshooting.

Practical experience with anti-virus and endpoint protection solutions.

Solid understanding of intrusion prevention systems and network security controls.

Experience in security event monitoring, incident response, and security investigations.

Strong understanding of data protection, privacy, information security, and security risk management.

Understanding security by design and privacy by design principles.

Collaborate naturally and communicate effectively with technical and business teams.

Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent.

English language fluency.

Desirables

Experience in cloud security and cloud-native firewalls.

Knowledge of GDPR and other data protection regulations.

Knowledge of ISO 27001 and information security management practices.

Experience in security automation and scripting.
