Role Description The Sales and Marketing Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Owerri. This role involves identifying and contacting prospective customers, presenting product offerings, and closing sales with distributors, contractors, and project owners. The representative will support marketing campaigns, promote brand awareness, and gather market intelligence to inform sales strategies. Daily tasks include managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on leads, maintaining accurate sales records, and providing feedback on customer needs and competitor activities. The role also requires collaborating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, after-sales support, and effective product training for clients where needed.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and handle inquiries professionally. Candidates should possess solid Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to generate leads, close deals, and support promotional activities. Candidates should possess Training skills to support product demonstrations and basic training for customers and distribution partners. Relevant experience in construction materials, manufacturing, or FMCG sales is an advantage. Ability to work on-site in Owerri, meet sales targets, and manage time efficiently. Basic proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software. Minimum of a diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
