Responsibilities

Planning and Design: Ability to provide and interpret space planning in accordance to client requirements Prepare drawings for proposal, construction and as-built Sample board and material schedule preparation Documents control Management: Periodic updates with management Requirements At least 2 years of relevant experience Min Degree in Architectural/Engineering field Proficient in BIM Revit & AutoCAD for Engineering & Architecture. Knowledgeable in Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up and Vray. Familiar with BCA Building Code Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Effective communication and good interpersonal skills Both genders welcome Advantages Relevant experience with healthcare projects Familiar with Structural and M&E drawings Good graphic, verbal and written communication skills
