Job Summary: We are looking for a talented Executive Recruiter to join our Cummins Inc. team. The position will have the ability to work remotely in the United States, traveling approximately 10-15% of the time. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Lead executive search strategies that attract and secure exceptional Director-level and above leadership talent aligned to business priorities.

Partner with senior leaders to translate organizational objectives into targeted executive hiring and succession plans.

Deliver market intelligence and talent insights that strengthen workforce planning and inform critical leadership decisions.

Build and cultivate diverse executive talent pipelines that support both immediate hiring needs and long-term growth.

Influence hiring outcomes through rigorous talent assessment, data-driven recommendations, and strategic consultation.

Elevate the executive candidate experience through proactive engagement, thoughtful communication, and high-touch relationship management.

Drive successful offer negotiations and close strategies that improve acceptance rates and secure top executive talent.

Strengthen executive hiring consistency by championing governance, confidentiality, inclusive practices, and search excellence across the organization.
