Onboard new institutions and merchants onto the platform Provide training and ongoing support to customers Monitor customer health and proactively resolve issues Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team Build lasting relationships with key accounts

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Empathy and patience in customer-facing situations Ability to explain technical concepts clearly Experience or strong interest in fintech or SaaS
