In support of Network/Cyberspace Operations mission, perform Service Transition Coordination.   Analyzes changes of product design to determine the effect on the product design and function and determines and prepares documentation necessary for change

Key Tasks & Responsibilities C oordinate and facilitate effective accomplishment of change and incident management among AFIN operators. This task includes:

Receiving calls from AFIN operators to coordinate change process and incident resolution

Processing, reviewing, categorizing, documenting and working with stakeholders to ensure high visibility Change Requests and Incidents are approved/routed through the system in a timely manner

Education & Experience Requires a bachelor's degree , or 2 - 4 years of related experience

Certifications Required: IAT II = CySA+, Security+, CCNA - Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP or higher

ITIL v4 Foundation

Desired: ITIL v4 Specialist – Create, Deliver, Support and/or ITIL v4 Strategist – Direct, Plan, and Improve

Security Clearance Required: TS/SCI

Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.) IAT II = CySA +, Security+, CCNA - Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP or higher

Day Shift. This is a 24/7/365 mission and extended hours/days may be required
