Design Coordinator

Job Description To ensure the project complies with regulations, which includes revising the project design as necessary to achieve client satisfaction Coordinate all architectural drawings and works, submit and update status of shop drawings, samples, mockup, and materials as well as supervise work progress to alleviate conflicts, dispute and abortive work. Review project specifications, tender clarifications and construction drawings for contract and procurement management To coordinate architectural work, prepare estimates, interpret plans and inspect construction sites Compile and handover of architectural documentations including as-built drawing submissions Job Requirements Proficient in project management and architectural trades Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment Preferably with Design & Build Building experience
