Full-Stack Developer

• Build and deliver features end-to-end, from backend services to frontend interfaces, ensuring performance, scalability, and usability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to translate requirements into well-structured, testable implementations.
• Participate in requirement discussions and provide technical insights to help refine product scope and feasibility.
• Write clean, maintainable, and readable code, following modern best practices and consistent coding standards.
• Contribute to code reviews, ensuring quality and shared understanding within the team.
• Work with the QA engineer to ensure robust automated testing coverage across features.
• Continuously improve the codebase, architecture, and development workflow to increase team efficiency.

Qualifications: 3-5+ years of experience in full-stack development Strong proficiency in React or Next.js, JavaScript/TypeScript. Backend development experience with at least one language such as Node.js, Go, Python, or C#.NET. Understanding of API design, RESTful principles, and common integration patterns. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
