Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and properly store goods and materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records using manual or digital systems.
Conduct regular stocktaking and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor stock levels and alert management of shortages or excesses. Ensure the cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of the store.
Issue materials based on requisitions and maintain issuance records.
Coordinate with procurement, admin, and other departments.
Requirements:
Minimum of an HND in Business Admin, Supply Chain, or related field.
5 years of proven experience as a storekeeper or inventory officer.
Knowledge of inventory software (e.g., Excel).
Strong organizational and time management skills.
