Zakres obowiązków

You will implement and monitor Workplace Safety & Health and Environmental Management Systems on construction sites, ensuring compliance, conducting inspections, and collaborating with project teams to maintain a safe work environment.

• Implement and monitor Workplace Safety & Health and Environmental Management Systems at construction sites to ensure compliance with safety standards
• Conduct regular safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions to maintain workplace safety compliance
• Collaborate with site operations staff and Project Managers to resolve Workplace Safety and Health issues effectively
• Prepare detailed accident reports and conduct thorough investigations to identify causes and prevent recurrence
• Lead and facilitate toolbox meetings to communicate safety procedures and updates to site personnel
• Execute and revise risk assessments and safe working procedures on site to mitigate hazards and enhance safety practices
• Ensure compliance with all statutory safety and environmental regulations and submit mandatory documents within required timelines

Wymagania

Required competencies and certifications

• Valid WSHO registration

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience
• Proficiency in Mandarin and English for effective communication
• Skilled in preparing and managing paperwork
