M&E Manager

Job Scope Your duties and responsibilities shallinclude, but not be limited to, Coordination with PM & MEP consultants and government authorities. Coordination with other site departments (Construction team) to resolve discrepancies & technical issues to ensure project completion on time within budget. Comprehensive understanding of the contract documents (MEP drawings and specifications), phasing plans, construction sequence and project schedule. Review and align M&E design drawings to ensure compliance with specification and guidelines.  Attend site meetings and necessary site walk. Perform all other duties as assigned and required.
