Job Responsibilities
- To operate production machines.
- Comply with the department procedures and work instructions.
- Comply all company policies and work rules.
- Understanding and implementing the quality System in the Production Area in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Identify the need for and recommend equipment, procedures, and training.
- Comply with workplace safety and quality requirements.
- Process Inspection for all production works
- Identify the printing problem and update it into production report
- Implement and execution Daily and Monthly Machine Maintenance
- 5S for workplace Implementation and execution
- Assured line clearance and record when Job ended
- Daily updating machine output on ERP system with accuracy and submit on time
- Ad-hoc job assign by Supervisor.
Skill Level and Qualification:
- Minimum Secondary school, ITE
- Best with working experience in Printing industry
- Offset printing technology
- Mechanical knowledge
