M&E Engineer

Responsibilities Plan, design, and manage M&E building services works for commercial, residential, and industrial projects, including A&A and upgrading works.

Coordinate and supervise the installation of HVAC, plumbing, sanitary, gas, BMS, fire protection, electrical, and lighting systems.

Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to coordinate project progress and site activities.

Supervise site works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Prepare tender drawings, technical specifications, and project documentation.

Manage daily project activities to ensure timely completion and successful project delivery.

Requirements Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.

Relevant experience in M&E building services projects is preferred.
