Supervisor

Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of staff. Monitor staff attendance, performance, and productivity. Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally. Oversee inventory, stock movement, and daily sales operations. Prepare daily and weekly operational reports. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures. Support management in achieving business goals and maintaining a productive work environment. Perform other supervisory and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Must have completed the NYSC programme. Must be computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience as a Supervisor, Administrative Assistant, or Team Lead will be an added advantage. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be smart, confident, responsible, and able to work under pressure. Age: 25–40 years. Female applicants only. Applicants who reside close to Abuloma Road will have an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 – 100,000 per month
