Sales Audit

Support the execution of sales audit plans across markets and distributors.

Review and verify daily sales transactions across retail, wholesale, and online channels to ensure accurate recording.

Reconcile sales data with different payment methods and assist in investigating discrepancies.

Monitor compliance with company policies, internal controls, and audit procedures.

Review discounts and promotional activities to ensure proper application.

Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and support SFA system enhancements.

Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve sales-related issues and maintain accurate documentation.

Review distributor investment calculations and validate supporting data.

Verify distributor cost model data and ensure alignment with company policies and agreements.

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales audit reports, highlighting discrepancies and key findings.

Support training sessions for sales and finance teams on sales systems, data accuracy, and compliance procedures.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in Sales Audit, Finance, Accounting, Sales Operations, or a similar role, preferably within the FMCG industry.

Basic knowledge of SAP (SD & FI) is preferred.

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Lookup Functions, IF statements; Power Query is a plus).

Familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
