*Summary*
We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic, and organized *Part-Time Event Coordinator* to assist in the execution of events. The ideal candidate will have experience coordinating logistics, communicating with vendors and stakeholders, and supporting on-site event operations. This role is perfect for someone with strong interpersonal and multitasking skills who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
*Responsibilities*
- Support the Event Manager in coordinating all aspects of events held at Dish Play and Butchie's Restaurant.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences for successful event execution.
- Oversee logistics including catering setup, and breakdown of events including cleaning duties
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and products.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction throughout the event process.
- Catering delivery, set up and execution.
- Event bartending and clearing as required
*Requirements*
- Proven experience in event coordination or hospitality management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Time management skills to meet deadlines and ensure smooth event execution.
- A background in customer service is highly valued.
- Evening and weekend hours
- G license - ability to drive a car and van
- Reliable access to personal vehicle is recommended
- Smart Serve required
- Food Handlers a bonus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
