Assistant- Urgent Hire! 📍 Location: TOLL City, 60 Pioneer Road, Singapore 628509 💰 Salary: $2,200 – $2,400/month 📄 Contract Duration: 3 Months 🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm ☕ Lunch Break: 1 hour 💼 Employment Type: Temporary / Contractor 💼 About the Role Toll Logistics is looking for a Sales Support Assistant to join the Sales team on a 3-month temporary contract. This is a great opportunity for a junior candidate looking to gain hands-on experience in sales, business development and the logistics industry . You will support the team across market research, lead generation, customer follow-ups, sales administration and appointment coordination. 🎯 Job Responsibilities 🔎 Business Development Support Research potential customers across key industries such as Retail (Beauty), E-commerce,Healthcare, and Wine & Spirits, FMCG, Automotive.

Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers and business opportunities.

Assist with initial outreach and appointment-setting activities.

Follow up with leads and respond to customer enquiries when required.

📊 Market & Customer Research Conduct market mapping and competitor research within the logistics and supply chain industry.

Track industry trends, customer movements and potential business opportunities.

Assist in preparing customer meeting materials, presentations and research.

🤝 Client Management Support Coordinate customer meetings and maintain accurate meeting records.

Assist with customer follow-ups and relationship-building activities.

📋 Sales Administration Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates and activity trackers.

Maintain accurate prospect and customer records.

⭐ Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline is preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.

Comfortable handling a variety of sales support and administrative tasks.
