PROJECT MANAGER

Job Description Plan, manage, and coordinate construction projects from start to completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and site teams. Ensure construction work meets approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, Manage project costs, materials, manpower, and resources effectively. Ensure and responsible for all safety and compliance of work on site Ensure timely completion and proper handover of projects. Coordinate and resolve site issues with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, Clients and Authorities through meetings and/or correspondence Conduct site meetings and coordinate project activities. Manage the project site and ensure timely completion Requirements Diploma in Construction/ Building Management/ Facilities Management and/or Equivalent and/or higher qualifications. Relevant past experience in RR and A&A industries. Skills and Knowledge: Preferably literate and bilingual for English and Mandarin. Preferably possessed Class 3 license. Able to work independently. Able to work as a team. With PC knowledge such as, MS Excel/Words/Power Points/Projects.
