Design Engineer

• Design tooling, equipment, and manufacturing systems for shop-floor operations
• Develop innovation and improvement projects to enhance productivity and manufacturing flexibility
• Manage and deliver tooling and equipment projects effectively
• Coordinate with related departments for process and system improvement
• Control and maintain updated engineering drawings and technical documents
• Supervise and support technicians and subordinate staff
• Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing to team members
• Support company policies related to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO22301, and RBA

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field At least 2 years of experience in tooling or equipment design within electronics or manufacturing industries Able to use CAD/CAE or simulation software Knowledge of tooling design standards and integrated systems Understanding of Assembly Manufacturing & Process Control is an advantage Experience in process improvement, tooling integration, and factory release processes Good communication and teamwork skills
