Soft Services Estimator

We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Estimator based in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia, with strong experience in Facilities Management (FM) and Catering.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, pricing, manpower calculations and commercial proposals for soft services contracts, ensuring competitive and commercially viable submissions. Mandatory Requirements Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Finance, Business, Hospitality or a related field. 3–5+ years of experience in estimating, costing, tendering or commercial pricing. Mandatory: Previous experience in both Catering and Facilities Management (FM). Strong understanding of soft FM and catering operations. Experience estimating large-scale FM, catering, hospitality, accommodation or integrated support-service contracts. Strong knowledge of manpower planning, labour costing and operational cost calculations. Experience working with suppliers, subcontractors and commercial teams. Strong Excel and financial modelling skills. Saudi Arabia/GCC tendering and estimating experience is highly preferred. Strong English communication and analytical skills.
