About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a healthcare practice, ensuring efficient service delivery, excellent patient experience, regulatory compliance, and effective team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily administrative and operational activities of the practice.

Manage and coordinate staff, schedules, workflows, and performance.

Ensure high standards of patient care and customer service.

Develop and implement SOPs and improve operational processes.

Monitor inventory, supplies, facilities, and operational costs.

Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and standards.

Handle patient concerns, complaints, and escalations professionally.

Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff development.

Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation.

Monitor practice performance and provide regular reports to management.

Support budgeting, financial controls, and revenue-related activities.

Liaise with vendors, consultants, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years' experience in practice, clinic, hospital, or healthcare operations management.

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Good knowledge of healthcare operations, compliance, and patient service standards.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with minimal supervision.
