Production Coordinator

📍  Location:  16 Gambas Crescent  🚇  Nearest MRT:  Sembawang/Woodlands  💰  Salary:  $2,000/month  📅  Working Hours:  6-day work week with rotating off days (Monday – Sunday)   9:00 AM – 5:20 PM   11:40 AM – 8:00 PM   📌 Responsibilities:  Assist with the daily operations of the laundry plant.  

Coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow.  

Support administrative and operational activities.  

Follow up on customer orders from start to completion.  

Attend to customer enquiries and assist in resolving feedback or issues.  

Liaise with production teams, customers, and external vendors.  

Prepare reports and maintain accurate operational records.  

Perform other administrative duties as assigned.    

✅ Requirements:  Minimum NITEC, GCE O-Level, or equivalent qualification.  

No prior experience required — training will be provided.  

Good communication and interpersonal skills.  

Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple tasks.  

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.  

Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
