What will be your responsibilities?
Basic knowledge of IT support, including laptops, printers, and end‑user troubleshooting
Basic working knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center (user management, email, licenses)
Basic understanding of IT strategic planning and IT operations support
Basic financial knowledge for non‑finance roles, including budget awareness and cost control
Good command of English, both written and spoken, to communicate with regional teams
Able to work collaboratively with regional teams in Malaysia and Barcelona
Strong team player with good communication and coordination skills
Willing to travel for work purposes when required
Thai nationality or legally eligible to work in Thailand
This is the profile we are looking for
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in IT support or IT operations is preferred
Fresh graduates with relevant internships or strong foundational skills are encouraged to apply
