Planning Supervisor

- Prepare and monitor demand and supply plans to optimize inventory levels.
- Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyze supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor production plans and follow up on execution to ensure timely product availability.
- Manage inventory levels and support efficient resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or science is Preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in Supply Chain Planning within the pharmaceutical industry is Preferred.
- Strong knowledge of demand planning, production planning, and inventory management.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good command of English.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and planning tools.
