Site Engineer

1.Control construction work to comply with approved document (schedule, drawing and method) 2.Lead construction weekly meeting with contractor focusing on safety, schedule and quality topic 3.Perform quality control procedures related to the work 4.Perform method review before construction 5.Management change and additional request in construction program 6.Perform periodic inspections on installation work and able to provide good method of inspection 7.Conduct field inspection report related on the work 8.Conduct daily/weekly/monthly report as per required 9.Perform handover management with contractor and client 10.Record work progress and nonconformity for contractor payment 11.Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or duties as assigned by the Manager.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / electrical engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years of working experience related to MEP installation preferably FP, HVAC and EE system
3. Good command of Microsoft Office such as Excel, Words, and PowerPoint
4. Good command of English and Thai both spoken and written.
5. Having knowledge in Site testing and commissioning
6. Good command in AutoCAD program, if command in Revit program would be advantage
7. Able to work on-site
8. Having a car and driving license would be an advantage.
9. Good analytical and problem diagnostic skills.
10. Positive attitude towards resolving problems
