Digital Transformation Expert

About the role

As a digital transformation expert based in Al Ain, you will lead the design and execution of innovative digital initiatives, optimize IT infrastructure and enterprise network architecture, implement secure contact center solutions, and drive organizational change through strategic technology adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital transformation strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Design, deploy, and optimize enterprise network architectures and IT infrastructure.
• Configure and manage network security solutions, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems.
• Oversee the implementation and integration of contact center technologies to enhance customer experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess current processes, identify digitalization opportunities, and prioritize projects.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure service level compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project progress, ensure timely delivery, and report performance metrics to senior management.

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, networking, and IT infrastructure roles.
• Proven expertise in enterprise network architecture design and implementation.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, network security, and secure connectivity solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of contact center platforms and integration best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience mentoring technical teams.

Preferred qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent.
• ITIL or PMI-PMP certification.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and hybrid network environments.
• Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements and data protection standards.
• Master’s degree in information technology or business administration.
• Prior experience working in the GCC region.
