Creative Graphic Designer

About the role:

We are seeking a highly skilled creative graphic designer to join our dynamic team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will bring 10-12 years of professional experience, a strong design portfolio, and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma to develop compelling visual communications across print and digital channels.

Responsibilities:

Develop innovative design concepts and execute visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and corporate communications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and meet project objectives

Translate briefs into creative deliverables, refining concepts based on feedback

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and quality standards

Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, ensuring cohesive application across all media

Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and continuous improvement

Required qualifications:

10-12 years of professional experience as a graphic designer in agency or in-house environments

Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Advanced proficiency in Figma for interface and prototyping workflows

Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital design projects

Deep understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Preferred qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field

Experience with motion graphics and video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

Familiarity with web design technologies (HTML, CSS)

Strong communication and presentation skills for client and stakeholder interactions

Prior experience mentoring or leading a design team

Arabic language proficiency
