Are you excited about AI, interested in how products work and looking for a role where you can develop your skills without working full-time? This is a part-time, hourly-paid position for someone who wants meaningful technical challenges without a full-time commitment. We’ll agree on working hours and a start date together. Maybe you are studying, or maybe just looking for flexibility in your schedule.  At AdPlenty, we’re looking for a developer who wants to learn by contributing to a real product. You’ll work with our tech team, take responsibility for scoped tasks and help improve a platform used by businesses and franchise networks to manage local marketing. We’re a fast-moving SaaS startup, where you’ll get close to both the code and the people using it. We want someone who asks questions, brings ideas and cares about why we’re building something, not only how to build it.

What you’ll work on Depending on your experience and interests, you’ll contribute to: Building and improving features in our platform.

Investigating bugs and making existing functionality more reliable.

Turning user needs into practical technical solutions with the team.

Using AI tools to explore ideas, support development and improve your workflow.

You’ll start with clear, manageable tasks and take on more responsibility as your understanding and skills grow.

Our tools and technologies We work with React, React Native and Angular, and use Linear for task management and planning. Practical experience with one or more of these frameworks is a plus. You don’t need to know all three, but you should have a solid foundation in JavaScript or TypeScript and experience building applications beyond standard coursework.

What we’re looking for Practical experience: You’ve built something beyond coursework, through work, freelance projects, open source or personal projects.

AI curiosity and experience: You’ve used AI in development and can explain how you checked the results.

Product understanding: You care about users, their needs and the problem your code solves.

Structure and drive: You plan your work, communicate progress and ask for help when needed, and have a drive to learn and actively develop your skills.
